Cancellation Policy
BROW APPOINTMENTS:
-Cancellations/reschedules must be done 24 hours before your appointment time as this allows me enough time to fill your spot and adjust my schedule.
-Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount.
-Same day cancellations and No call/No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. No call/no shows will be blocked from booking future appointments.
MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS:
-Rescheduling will require a new deposit as the original deposit will be forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
-Cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the remaining balance due.
-No call/No shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance and will be blocked from booking future appointments.
LATE POLICY:
-Clients will be given a 10 minute grace period. If you are running late, please contact me ASAP.
-After the 10 minute grace period, appointments will need to be rescheduled, and will be charged a late fee of 50% of the service amount.
